Terrible experience, never again

What a terrible experience – I will never shop at this site again. I ordered 4 shampoo bottles and 1 mask for $128, which were held at customs with DHL requesting an additional €64. When I reached out to Lana's customer support, instead of addressing the clear overpricing with their partner DHL, they pushed the responsibility onto me, stating, "DHL/FedEx is only the intermediary in this situation." After I insisted on my own with DHL, they admit the mistake and the amount was reduced to €41 (including DHL's finance fees). What fees? If I hadn't pushed back, I would have paid nearly 50% in taxes on shampoo! And they have the guts to ask for financial service fees. Absolutely ridiculous. To top it off, one of the bottles arrived leaking, and when I contacted Lana, they blamed the delay at customs, as if atmospheric pressure there is somehow higher. Once again, they put the blame on me, offering a 30% discount on future purchases, which they can keep. I’m done with this company.
